Scope of Work: Topographic and construction setting-out survey, including establishment of permanent survey benchmarks with full coordinate and elevation validation. Deliverables comprised site contouring, topographic mapping, cartographic outputs, and a complete survey report to support detailed design of the proposed facility.
Scope of Work: Comprehensive pre-construction site survey for the proposed 188,073 sq. ft. Grand Shopping Center, Multan, comprising boundary verification, topographic and utility survey, spot-level recording, and establishment of permanent survey control benchmarks. RIC Builders’ surveying and geospatial team further generated a Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and complete cut-and-fill volumetric analysis to support construction setting-out and earthworks planning.
