RIC Builders has invested in advanced terrestrial LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) scanning technology, enabling our surveying and geospatial team to capture highly accurate, dense 3D point-cloud data of existing structures, industrial facilities, and terrain in a fraction of the time required by conventional survey methods.
RIC Builders maintains an expanding fleet of construction plant, tools, and technology platforms, supported by dedicated in-house facilities, to ensure self-reliant execution of projects without dependency on third-party resources.
Our in-house Ready Mix Concrete batching plant, with a rated production capacity of 40 cubic meters per hour, gives RIC Builders complete control over concrete mix design, quality consistency, and supply reliability, for our own projects as well as third-party clients across the region.
Equipped with a fully automatic BLOCKMAC production line, this facility is RIC Builders’ center of excellence for engineered concrete block manufacturing, including Pumice concrete blocks, a lightweight, volcanic-aggregate block engineered for superior thermal insulation and acoustic performance.
Operating a fully automatic TAXILA paver-tile production line, this plant manufactures tuff (paver) tiles engineered for high compressive strength and long-term load-bearing performance, used extensively across our own paving, walkway, and external development works.
